Paul Paturi is the Founder-CEO at Sapplica. Prior to taking over the reins at Sapplica, he was involved in building several companies involved in Web and Enterprise applications. Paul also had a successful 13 year career in the United States holding several Lead and Management positions with prestigious organizations such as KPMG, IBM, and Qwest Communications
Paul has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting world class Information systems across various industries, public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Kuvempu University in India and pursued a MBA from Santa Clara University, California.
Rajasekhar Nathala
Director - Solutions Delivery
Rajasekhar is the Head of Solutions Delivery at Sapplica. He has over 12 years of experience in IT field of which last 10 years has been in the lead and management positions. He has a strong background working on windows programming, .Net, Open source technologies and databases. Prior to Sapplica, he worked for some of the industry leaders such as HCL and Wipro.
He has immense experience in the areas of program and project management, solution design, delivery management and presales and has a proven track record of successfully managing multiple, simultaneous projects and managing large delivery teams. Raj also has strong experience in implementing the SEI CMM processes and other ISO standards.
He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Computer Applications from Osmania University.

Manu Rekhi is head of product strategy and marketing at LOLapps. In his role he oversees the strategy, marketing, business and corporate development of the company. Prior to LOLApps, Manu was a product manager at Google and worked with Gmail, Calendar, orkut, OpenSocial and Ads. He has also held product manager roles at WineGlobe Inc, 123 Signup, and AudioHighway. In addition to LOLapps, Manu is on the board of advisors at Games2Win, j2play, Sapplica, Mentez and Auciti. Manu, once named Boston Globe's, "Student Entrepreneur of the Year", holds a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Boston University and a joint MBA from Columbia Business School and Walter Haas School of Business.
